All service coordination, including scheduling, pricing, and payment, will be handled directly between the client and the Capping support vendor.

Group Pricing Policy:
To ensure fair pricing and maintain the integrity of our group discounts, the following policies apply:

Simultaneous Signup: All members of a group must sign up for their listings at the same time to qualify for group pricing discounts.

Listing Consistency: All vendor listings within a group must remain the same for the duration of the plan purchased (monthly or annually).

No Refunds or Replacements: Requests for removal of a vendor listing will not constitute a refund for that listing. Another vendor cannot be added to replace the removed listing until the existing plan is up for renewal.
Adding New Members: To add a new vendor to an existing group, the new vendor can sign up for an individual plan until the group plan is up for renewal.

Can I remove my listing from the site?Yes, you can take your listing down at any time. After submitting a request through our contact form, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 48 hours for the removal to be processed. Please note that if you paid for your listing in advance, any remaining time will not be refunded upon removal.

Why was my listing removed from the site?Your listing may have been removed if we were unable to reach you after repeated attempts regarding a/an important matter(s). Non-payment: If you have not paid for your listing as agreed. Unresponsiveness: If we were unable to reach you after repeated attempts regarding important matters, such as inquiries from website visitors or requests from our team. Repeated complaints: If we received multiple complaints about your services. *Please note that any matters resulting in removal from the site will forfeit a refund.

I’m not a certified professional Capper. Can I still list my services?Yes, you can still list your services even if you are not a certified Capper. However, listings from certified Cappers will be specially noted.

Can I advertise my services in the Facebook group?No, the Facebook group is strictly for peer-to-peer support among community members. Any attempts to advertise services within the group will result in removal from the group.
