A Brief History

In 2018, while undergoing chemotherapy, Rebecca founded Chemotherapy Cold Cappers. Seated in an infusion chair, she recognized the need for a supportive community for individuals using cold cap therapy after facing skepticism and limited resources. Recognizing the incredible value of peer-to-peer support and the need for a comprehensive resource to navigate cold capping, she created a community where individuals could connect, share experiences, and access valuable resources. What began as a small online gathering of a few individuals has evolved into a global network of over 7,500 members and growing. Rebecca's journey exemplifies resilience and her commitment to empowering others facing similar challenges during a cancer diagnosis. Through shared experiences and collective knowledge, members have been able to improve their cold cap therapy outcomes and support each other during challenging times.

During her chemotherapy journey, Rebecca encountered numerous helpful resources and individuals who significantly impacted both her physical and emotional well-being. From pre-treatment services like microblading to post-chemotherapy hair extensions, these experiences emphasized the importance of accessing specialized support throughout the cancer journey. The positive impact of these services inspired Rebecca to create a platform connecting others with similar support.

Today, Chemotherapy Cold Cappers continues to thrive, providing vital information and fostering a strong sense of community for those navigating cold cap therapy and the challenges of cancer treatment.
