Cold Cap Therapy (the use of manual caps), or scalp cooling, is a therapy used during chemotherapy treatments to preserve hair.

This method works by placing the cap on the patient's hair and restricting blood flow to the scalp, so reducing chemotherapy medicines that induce alopecia to the scalp.
